- Visit the site- https://stag.armmfb.com.ng/signin and click on “Sign Up.”
- Fill in the required details – your BVN or NIN
- Verify your phone number through a secure OTP
- Verify your identity with a liveliness check
- Confirm your profile details such as your name, email, and other profile information.
- Complete your onboarding by creating a secure password for your account
Once you’re onboarded, you will receive an email and you can start using the services available!
How do I deposit funds into my savings plan?
To deposit funds:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your “Savings” section and click on your preferred Savings plan- Fixed or Target Savings
- Completed the required information to set up the plan (e.g., amount, duration, frequency).
- Create the plan.
Your saving plan will be processed shortly, and you will receive a notification once it’s successful.
How do I send money to another account?
To send money:
- Log in to your account and go to the “Transfers” section.
- Select “Send Money to others.”
- Enter the recipient’s bank details (name, account number, bank name).
- Choose the amount to send and confirm the transaction.
- Review the details before clicking “Send.”
You will receive a transaction confirmation once the transfer is complete.
How do I repay my staff loan?
Loan repayments are automatically deducted from your salary each month. You can also make manual payments through the “Loan Repayment” section of the app by selecting your loan and making the payment directly from your account.
